Ingredients Sweet and Sour Tofu :
Tofu:
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

- Prepare the Tofu:
- Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
